In-Season Camps & Training
Skating Schools
Strong skating makes you better at everything in hockey — speed, balance, turns, and power. If your skating improves, every other skill becomes easier and more effective.
- Faster acceleration — Win more races to the puck.
- Better edge control — Turn quicker and stay unpredictable.
- Stronger balance — Stay upright through contact.
Dryland Training
This training is specifically designed to help hockey players improve their strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and overall athletic performance. Additionally, the program includes hockey-specific skills such as shooting, passing, stickhandling, and puck control. It is a great opportunity for players to build confidence, improve their game, and stay prepared during both the season and the off-season.
