Please note the payment schedule has changed. All payment installments will now be selected at the end of the registration process and the payment dates are no longer fixed but floating from the date of registration.

* There is an additional $9 fee for the 3 payment plan, $12 fee for the 4 payment plan and $15 fee for the 5 payment plan.
